Dr. Trisha Beck has over two decades of executive leadership experience in healthcare and education. Her expertise spans nonprofit mission-driven leadership and for-profit business development. Trisha holds a Master’s degree from Northeastern University and a Doctorate from New York University and currently serves as Executive Director of the EdD Leadership and Innovation program and Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University.
Nina brings private-sector experience to mission-driven work across the board (pun intended). She has worked and volunteered extensively across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on programs supporting older adults, families in need, and animal welfare organizations. She currently serves as Chair of Membership for the UN NGO Committee on Ageing (New York). Having lived in four countries, Nina brings a comparative, global perspective to everything she does. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in International Development Policy and Nonprofit Management from NYU Wagner and is a lifelong learner committed to continuous growth and impact.
John Valdivia is an experienced sales and marketing professional with decades of experience. He is currently working as the Director BSC – CASE for Anheuser-Busch. Outside of work, he volunteers his time as a Member of UNIDOS ERG Collaborative and is the Co-Chair of Hispanic Star NYC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Marketing and Latin American Studies.
Charles Willis Jr. is a portfolio manager with JP Morgan’s Private Equity Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Mr. Willis was a Senior Network Consultant in Bell Atlantic’s Engineering Group, where he designed customized voice and data networks for large businesses in New York City. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, an MS in Computer Science from New York University, and an MBA from Columbia University, where he was a Robert Toigo fellow.
Dedicated fundraiser with over 15 years of professional experience in academic, youth development, and substance abuse treatment fundraising. Qualified experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and standard operating procedure development necessary to forecast future fundraising trends. Seasoned grant writer with awards from government, private, and foundation entities.
Nigel Frankson, CFA, is an experienced Equity Analyst. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A from Columbia Business School. Mr. Frankson was a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America for four and a half years.
