Outside of work, he volunteers his time as a Member of UNIDOS ERG Collaborative and is the Co-Chair of Hispanic Star NYC. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science in Marketing and Latin American Studies.

Charles Willis Jr. is a portfolio manager with JP Morgan’s Private Equity Group. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Mr. Willis was a Senior Network Consultant in Bell Atlantic’s Engineering Group, where he designed customized voice and data networks for large businesses in New York City. He earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University, an MS in Computer Science from New York University, and an MBA from Columbia University, where he was a Robert Toigo fellow.
